Tangy Marjoram and Caper dressing

Picked up some fantastic seasonal produce from the farmers market this morning, the tomatoes in particular are divine. The salad dressing is savoury, tangy and pretty versatile - works great as a dipping sauce for crudités, tossed in a warm potato salad or blanched greens.

Veggies used today: baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, coriander + fried pancetta.
