Fruit (on) Toast.

Stone fruit season is such a delight. My kinda fruit toast is made with (firm) white nectarine on buttered toasted sourdough. Nectarine is seasoned with: salt, black pepper, EVOO, yuzu (or lime) and mint (or basil).

When persimmons are in season - this is so delicious on toast (+ seasoning list) too.
