Pork Soboro Don

I love both the pork and chicken version of a soboro don. The tahini element is not authentic to an OG Soboro but I like it as a thickening agent and adds a silky texture to the sauce.

Paired with two grain parboiled rice because it’s what I cook at home.

**Gluten free option: substitute soy and the shoyu component of the taré with tamari.
