Warm Lentil Salad with Chile Morita Lime Dressing

This lentil salad recipe is pretty versatile as a side or main topped with roast meat (ate this with slow roast chicken - recipe in next post), seafood, vegetables or poached eggs.

The smokiness and smooth layered heat of chile morita creates a deep flavour in the dressing balanced out with fresh lime. Any variations of lentils can be used or sub with chickpeas.
