Pork Skewers Marinated in Turmeric, Coconut, Chilli and Lime Rempah

This is a good recipe to stretch out a piece of pork tenderloin and pairs well with rice, salad or noodles (rice or mung bean).

Works with most protein. Beef/chicken/lamb/pork marinated overnight or at least 6hrs. Seafood no more than half an hour. I haven’t tried it with firm tofu but I think it will take on the marinade well.

Speaking of marinade, I like my food spicy - adjust chilli/heat if you don’t :).

I cook this in the oven because it’s convenient. But the best result is definitely BBQ or grill.
