Gai Tod : Crispy Thai Marinated Chicken Wings

I started cooking wings in the oven because my smoke alarm is not agreeing with the air fryer. This recipe works for either or if you’re game: deep fry these wings.

The brining of the wings result in a tender tug off the bone wing with crispy skin. Yum.

Homemade fermented chilli sauce on the side.
